When I took on the service and support of these product on my own I knew the day would come when parts would become an issue. Well it's been almost 5 years now and that day has finally arrived. While parts are not yet an issue with the P1000 units, the P1010s are another story.

It has become very difficult to find motherboards for P1010s. My searches for new, used, or and even a substitute motherboard have all been fruitless. I have seen some potential motherboards but I'm not sure the average person wants to pay $175.00 + for a motherboard and I cant guarantee I can make it work. That being said I have not given up but I do want to let you know that presently, motherboard failures may take some time to correct.

My other major problem is displays, both the LCD and the driver board are not available. My last quote to buy 5 displays was $2500.00, which would translate into $600-$700 (at an absolute minimum) to you the customer after you include time and materials to turn it into a touch sensitive LCD. $2500.00 is a big check to write with no guaranteed that the liquidator will stand behind them. As for the driver boards, I am trying to repair them but parts for the boards themselves are scarce as well. Those are my big problems right now. There are other parts that I have plenty of and listed below you will see them listed by Series. If it's on the list then it is available for purchase right now. I cannot say how long I will be able to continue, but I will say this; when it gets to the point that I cannot fix more that I can, then I will probably shut it down. Don't panic, I'm not at that point yet at all, however that day will sadly arrive too. If you want to start to stockpile some parts for your piano you may do so with the lists below.
