owners of Van Koevering Interactive Pianos resolve service and/or
support related issues that they may be experiencing. I have been
helping owners since VKC (Van Koevering Company), closed its doors on
October 31, 2002.
If you need assistance with your piano, I'm here to help. Although I must tell you this is NOT my full time job. I make no promises about how quick I can turn a piece of equipment around if it's sent to me. If there is not a technician in your area, I will help you make the repair yourself or guide a trusted friend to make the repair, an incident charge will be applied. I have just about every part for the P1000 units (VIP 300, 600, 900 & 950). They have proven to be extremely reliable and many are now turning 10 years old - and doing quite well thank you! Cabinetry items I do not have but it never hurts to ask if you need something. While the P1010s (VIP 1300, 1900 & 1950) have been pretty reliable, I do have some parts issues with them. Mostly in the off the shelf category, Motherboards, LCDs and power supplies are my biggest sore spots but I am constantly looking for them. You own a piece of music history, made in Des Moines, Iowa USA, by a group of individuals who were proud and fortunate enough to make the first (and to my knowledge still) the only interactive piano in the world. I expect these pianos to be making music well into the next decade and even longer. It is my goal to help you keep your piano running into the future for as long as I can, with the resources I have. Honestly, I do not know how long that will be. I always enjoy talking with owners, especially the new ones that have just purchased one.
